Overbelt self-cleaning electromagnetic separators ERGA SuspendMag АE with air and oil cooling are designed for automatic removal of coarse ferromagnetic inclusions from conveyed bulk material. The equipment is installed over the belt or in the transfer zone, providing reliable protection for process units.

The electromagnetic system generates powerful magnetic field, enabling the separators to extract particularly heavy metal fragments up to 40 kg from working distances up to 700 mm, while maintaining efficiency even at high transport speeds (up to 4.5 m/s). It ensures operation in heavy duty conditions and on process lines of any complexity.

Combining electromagnetic separators ERGA SuspendMag АE with industrial metal detectors ERGUARD DCM (for non-metallic and polymetallic ores) and ERGUARD ICM creates a comprehensive safeguard system for crushers and grinders.
