Conveyor dismountable metal detector ERGUARD ICM for magnetite and hematite iron ores protects against breakage of crushing equipment, preventing the ingress of non-crushable metal fragments, including non-magnetic manganese steel.

• High sensitivity in detection of metallic inclusions

ERGUARD ICM provides maximum sensitivity for the detection of metals from 100x100x10 mm in size. This allows the detector to be customized to the customer's objectives, minimizing false alarms and unnecessary line shutdowns.

When metal inclusions are detected, the metal detector emits a sound and light signal. Depending on the settings at the customer's request, the equipment can stop the conveyor or perform marking.

The sensor is made in boreal climate-1 version, which allows it to operate in a wide temperature range from -60°C to +40°C.

The equipment corresponds to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 004/2011 “On Safety of low-voltage equipment” and TR CU 020/2011 “Electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment”. All required certificates are included in the scope of supply.
