ERGA MGU sealing tool is successfully used during the command post exercises of the emergency response services to practice skills of using technical means to eliminate emergency spills (for example: derailment of a railway oil tank car with depressurization and leakage).

Magnetic seals stop leaks quickly and reliably, helping to prevent spills and contamination of soil and air, losses of valuable product during blowout and losses from undelivered product during maintenance, as well as pollution charges.

• Easy to install and operate

MGU seal is easily installed by one or two operators. MGU are used when cracks, fistulas appear in hard-to-reach places in pipelines and vessels (in corner and flange joints, in tee joints and sub pipes, on bends, in welded seam zones, etc.). MGU can consist of 1-2 lifting magnets and a console or a clamping lever, which are fixed to the emergency container and held for the required period of time.

• Powerful magnetic system

Permanent lifting magnets generate strong magnetic field for secure fixing of the magnetic patch in the damaged area, which allows to ensure completion of emergency repairs and functioning of connections during implementation of repairs. Permanent magnets do not consume electricity and do not lose their magnetic properties for decades.
