New ERGA DrumMag C experimental line has been launched
A new ERGA DrumMag C line has been commissioned at the Karelsky Okatysh production site. This new pilot-scale complex is designed for research aimed at extracting additional volumes of ore and improving the quality of the final product.
ERGA DrumMag C is capable of processing up to 100 tons of ore per hour. One of the key features of the unit is its unique drum system, which allows switching between two magnetic systems and adjusting the magnetic induction. The complex enables experiments with various material fractions and under different magnetic field strengths.
The pilot complex offers wide opportunities for scientific research and the optimization of technological processes. Its flexible configuration allows precise control of processing parameters, ensuring the material reaches the required quality standards.
Prospectively, ERGA DrumMag C will serve not only as a tool to increase productivity but also as a key element in modernizing technologies and ensuring high product quality.
