Description and Advantages of the ERGA RollMag:
The ERGA RollMag is engineered for the dry beneficiation of materials and the extraction of weakly magnetic particles. The process begins with the material being fed into a vibrating feeder from the separator's receiving hopper, directing it onto a belt conveyor equipped with a magnetic drive shaft. Magnetically sensitive inclusions are attracted and retained by the powerful magnetic field generated by the shaft, then transported to the discharge area. A separation plate is employed to effectively segregate magnetic and non-magnetic materials, altering their trajectory under the magnetic field's influence.
