ERGA opened a new Test Center at NUST MISIS
On March 11 a ceremony of grand opening of ERGA Test Center on the basis of the leading scientific and educational center of Russia in the field of creation, implementation and application of new technologies and materials NUST MISIS was held. The new research complex based at the university will become the starting point for education and workshops in the field of beneficiation and mineral processing.
The Test Center is now equipped with nine units of equipment working with magnetic, air and electrostatic separation methods. This will allow performing scientific experiments using an end-to-end approach.
ERGA founders were present at the event. The speech emphasized the importance of cooperation between business and science to ensure mutual scientific and technical support and the possibility of cooperation in new projects. The report was also made by the head of ERGA Test Center, in which he provided detailed information about the capabilities of the installed equipment and its function in solving urgent problems in the field of raw materials beneficiation.
The launch of this platform is a milestone event in the training of a new generation of scientists and specialists in the field of mining in Russia and abroad.
