ERGA launches its largest triboelectrostatic separator!

ERGA has finished launching one of the biggest separators it's ever made — the Elkron TESS complex. The equipment has already been put into operation and is successfully running at the customer’s production site.
The ERGA ELKRON TESS is a drum-type triboelectrostatic separator designed for the dry separation of non-conductive materials that differ in electrical charge polarity. It efficiently recovers fine particles of secondary materials and minerals in the size range from 0.04 to 8 mm, ensuring up to 99.8% purity.
To achieve high separation performance, the system allows for flexible adjustment of key parameters: the rotation speed of the deflecting electrode, voltage level, and position of the separation barriers. This customization enables the process to be tailored to the specific properties of each material and ensures consistently reliable results.
The design of the system emphasizes maximum unification of components, ease of maintenance, and quick access to all elements. The separator is ready for operation in minimal time, simplifying control and reducing the operator’s workload.
ERGA ELKRON TESS can be integrated into new processing lines or used to upgrade existing equipment. It enhances separation quality without the need for significant water supply or drying processes, thus reducing energy consumption and operating costs. ERGA solutions provide production facilities with process stability, reliable equipment protection, and consistently high product quality.
