ERGA SMK magnetic grate separator

ERGA SMK rod separator with simple mechanical cleaning is installed in a gravity circular or rectangular pipeline and ensures extraction of metal impurities from bulk product flow.

• Integrated solution

Simple and robust design of the separator is a magnetic rod system encased in stainless steel casing. For easy installation backing and fastening flanges are used in the design. For a gravity circular pipe a spare kit of adapter flanges of required diameter is available for order.

Magnetic system is designed as 2 staggered rows of rods mounted on a sliding console. The rods are enclosed in corrosion-resistant food-grade stainless steel that reliably protects the magnetic system from external influences.

Maximum quality of the product cleaning is guaranteed by customized selection of the number and position of the rods, magnetic system parameters, taking into account customer’s production peculiarities.
