Research and Production Company «ERGA» has in-plant unique line for series production of sintered and resin-bonded magnets with capacity up to 200 kg per shift. The full cycle of magnet manufacture from powder production to testing on in-plant stand by highly qualified experienced specialists guarantees high quality and compliance with strict standards.

REM magnets based on SmCo are commonly applied in: automotive industry, aerospace industry, instrument manufacture, medical equipment, power generation, semiconductor industry, oil and gas equipment, etc.
- Higher magnetic parameters compared to neodymium and ferrite magnets
Rare-earth cobalt magnets, unlike neodymium magnets, do not require obligatory anti-corrosion coating and differ from ferrites in their reliability of performance in corrosive environment .
- Highest density
Sintered SmCo permanent magnets are advisable to use in development of special devices with particularly stringent requirements to product volume and weight, since they have the highest density in comparison with neodymium or ferrite magnets.
- High corrosion and temperature (up to + 350 °C) resistance
SmCo magnets are characterized by high values of residual magnetic induction (Br), coercive force (Hc), high temperature and corrosion resistance.
These characteristics make samarium-cobalt magnets ideal for high temperature applications. NiCuNi coating for some grades with little Fe content completely solve corrosion problem.

Samarium magnets of standard brands are always available in our own warehouse; ERGA specialists also solve special problems according to the individual requirements of the Customer.
- Guaranteed life of magnets - 15 years
Permanent magnets retain their magnetic properties for up to 50 years, depending on operating conditions. ERGA gives a 15-year guarantee for SmCo magnets of its own production.
