- Full production cycle - our own permanent magnet production line
Research and Production Company «ERGA» has in-plant unique line for series production of sintered and resin-bonded magnets with capacity up to 200 kg per shift. The full cycle of magnet manufacture from powder production to testing on in-plant stand by highly qualified experienced specialists guarantees high quality and compliance with strict standards.
- Wide range of applications in high-tech industries
Neo magnets are widely applied in: automotive industry, machine-building, power generation, metallurgy, aerospace industry, medical equipment, defense industry, construction.
- Highest magnetic properties of all magnets
Main advantage of NdFeB magnets compared to ferrite, AlNiCo and other types of magnets is high magnetic properties with considerably more compact sizes and weight, which results in decrease of dimensions and weight of the manufactured product.
- Standard and customized solutions
NdFeB magnets are constantly available in stock; ERGA specialists also solve special problems according to the individual requirements of the Customer.
- Guaranteed life of magnets - 15 years
Special features of neodymium magnets include high cohesive force: even after 10 years of operation, their pull-off force remains at 98% of initial value. Permanent magnets retain their magnetic properties for up to 50 years, depending on operating conditions. ERGA gives a 15-year guarantee for SmCo magnets of its own production.
- Anti-corrosion coating
Permanent NdFeB magnets are not resistant to corrosion, they are coated with zinc, nickel, epoxy or chrome for corrosion protection.

You can order NdFeB magnets of standard grades (see datasheet) as well as customized magnets according to order specifications. Neodymium magnets differ in shape, cohesive force and operating conditions, which are marked with special letter designations:
- N – neodymium
- M (medium) – means that the neodymium magnet can be used at temperatures up to 100°C
- H (high) – up to 120°C
- SH (super high) – up to 150°C
- UH (ultra high) – up to 180°C
- EH (extra high) – up to 200°C
Marking of operational temperature modes must be considered at manufactures where neodymium magnets will be used.
