ERGA UMM magnetic coupling assemblies are applied as a drive for pumps, mixers and chemical reactors in chemical, oil and gas, energy, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

• 100% hermetically sealed product

UMM provides non-contact transmission of power from electric motor to the shaft and tightness of the entire machine without disadvantages of common devices with mechanical seals, eliminating unnecessary costs for replacement of worn seals, process failures and breakdowns caused by leaks.

All manufactured shrouds for couplings undergo thorough quality control test with final pressure test exceeding the operating pressure by 25% to identify defects and ensure stable operation of products under load.

• Top or bottom drive configuration

ERGA manufactures drives with top or bottom configurations, preventing leakage of hazardous gases or contamination of the product in the pumping unit, fully ensuring hermetic seal of the mixer, eliminating any leaks of the pumped media.

• Design with in-house produced permanent magnets

Application of couplings based on in-house manufactured high-coercivity magnets provides contactless transmission of torque, cost-efficiency and compact dimensions of UMM drive, high efficiency values and capability of high-temperature application in the wide pressure range.
