Induction sensor separator provides separation of metals from 20 mm to 400 mm with recovery efficiency up to 96%.

  • Fields of application: recycling

- Recovery of metals from: plastic, rubber, glass, household appliances, electronic waste, municipal waste, incinerator ash, construction waste, wood, steel slag, etc.

- Separation of ferrous and stainless alloys from non-ferrous metals

  • Recovery of secondary metals

Induction sensor separators are conveyor separators equipped with an inductive sensor unit located under the belt. Such sensors detect the presence of metals in the material that crosses their induction field as it moves along the conveyor belt. The metal detection signal is sent to the control unit, which activates the pneumatic valves.

  • Separation of secondary metals by type

Induction sensor separators are applied for solving the problem of separating of a mixture of secondary metals into ferrous, stainless and non-ferrous alloys through fine adjustment of induction sensors.

  • Complete solution

The separator can be used downstream ERGA EddyFlow eddy current separators to maximize the recovery of secondary metals. Due to low electrical conductivity of some alloys (stainless steel, zinc, and others), some metals may be left in the ECS tailings.

The use of Induction separator ReSortika BF in a complex with eddy current separators will increase the efficiency of metal recovery.

Convenient and fast equipment setup

The control panel is a 17-inch high-definition touch screen, which is convenient for setting the separation mode. The developed software with user friendly interface allows to quickly customize the equipment for individual material characteristics and has 3 levels of access (worker, engineer, service technician). In addition to adjusting the basic operating parameters of the product, the settings of the separation parameters for each type of material can be saved.

  • Automatic cleaning of the feed zone

Automated cleaning of the conveyor belt can eliminate downtime and maintain efficiency without operator intervention and long maintenance stops.

  • Remote monitoring and control

Remote monitoring and control system REMOS allows to monitor separation parameters and promptly adjust the equipment to changes in the characteristics of incoming raw materials (changes in composition, transparency, and size of inclusions).
